Tartan Juice blends sweet orange and bitter lemon to create a citric burst on the initial pallet. This is smoothed out with notes of juniper and thyme, before rounding off with a slightly sweet finish of mint and one more not-so-secret ingredient.

We couldn’t exactly put pride in so we went for the next best thing, seeds of the Silybum Marianum plant, or Milk Thistle, our beautiful little national purple flower. We’ve waited too long for a time like this, let’s enjoy it.
